The restaurant industry is a demanding one that can be very rewarding. To be a successful franchisee you should be positive, enthusiastic, hard-working, self-motivated, have good people skills, and be flexible enough to fit within the framework of an established system, conform to it, welcome direction, and work as a team player. Although helpful, previous management or restaurant experience is not a requirement, as training is provided.
